VINYIN

Vin / Yin is great for all levels and is a complementary practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles. It’s the perfect class to de-stress and nurture your body, mind and soul. leaving you feeling recharged and invigorated.

HOT POWER VINYASSA

This class is the 60 minute version of Hot-Power(vinyasa), comprising stronger, more dynamic postures and intricate sequencing. With a focus on tapping into the class and its needs the instructor will guide you through traditional teachings to bring you a class that is perfect for where you are today with the exploration of the intensity that heat brings - each class is a representation of the instructors style and where the students are showing up and is open for the intuitive flow of the day. Be prepared to have fun, sweat and break through what ever you feel is holding you back in your practice.

YINYOGA

Most popular styles of Yoga are Yang in nature. They emphasize muscular effort and repetition. We also need to learn to relax, be patient, quiet ourselves and focus on the skeleton and its joints. That's where Yin Yoga comes into play. This unheated yoga class is designed to open up deep connective tissues and lubricate joints. As you incorporate this class into your yoga practice, the body experiences new depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion and even an increased flow of energy. Yin is for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced students.

HOT TOTALFLOW

This is our hottest class. Great for beginners but can also take the seasoned Hot Yogi to the next level. Using functional flow and sequences to move in and out of postures clearly and seamlessly. Modifications provided for all levels. With the ability to use blocks and bands to help you get into position, this is a challenging and rewarding experience that encourages everyone to reach their full potential. ROLL & RELEASE

Using myofascial release techniques (MFR) will we seek out tight spots, trigger points and knots within your body, reducing tension and releasing connective tissue (fascia). It’s like giving yourself a deep tissue massage! You will leave this class feeling supple and free to move. 

FLOW RESTORE MEDITATE

Flow, Restore, Meditate is a mixed class beginning with gentle movements to warm your body and unwind. You will then be guided into supported postures using bolsters, blankets and blocks to promote a sense of relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. Seamlessly transitioning into a guided meditation, offering your mind some much needed rest and dissolving any residual physical and mental tension. Expect to leave feeling delightfully relaxed, renewed, and restored.
