Our Tabata protocol will give you a full body workout and you'll improve your endurance, strength and agility on our state of the art Technogym Skillmills. In between runs, you are going to burn fat and build more muscle when you will hit the floor to lift some weights. Check your stats by hooking up your Myzone to track your progress in real time!
