AFTERBURN SUPERCIRCUIT

Burn major calories in our circuit based class that utilizes timed stations to get the most caloric burn in the shortest amount of time. 45 second intervals focusing on: lower body, upper body, core, cardio and H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) movements using a variety of equipment. Countless research has proven the benefits of shorter, more intense workouts and this class keeps giving long after its over. Expect a variety of exercises from rowing to Kettlebells, slamballs, box jumps and more in a massive circuit consisting of 12-15 stations.

Burn up to a 1,000 calories in our circuit based class that utilizes timed stations to get the most caloric burn in the shortest amount of time. 45 second intervals focusing on: lower body, upper body, core and H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) movements using a variety of equipment.

AFTERBURN TABATA

A true TABATA workout in your favorite Afterburn style class.  20 seconds on/10 seconds off 4x, using a variety of equipment to challenge your cardiovascular system.  Your Afterburn experience is the class that keeps on giving.

TOTALBOXING

Boxers are the ultimate athletes with abs of steel and the discipline and training to get them there. At our Total Boxing class, we unleash the secret. With the conditioning of Fight Club an intense cardio and core program, you’ll literally feel as if your body fat is melting away while you work over a heavy bag with challenging floor combinations. Come early, wrap those hands and be ready to get it on.

TOTALFUSION SIGNATURE

Looking for a full body workout that flows? Our Signature class is a combination of all the functional elements, using various equipment and bodyweight exercises to deliver a great total body burn.  This class takes your mobility, strength and flow to the next level with the use of Kettlebells, Dumbbells, TRX and resistance bands.  

Mat required.

TOTALBELLS

The kettlebell is an ancient tool used by athletes through the ages to keep in shape and strengthen the body with primal movements.  It teaches you to use your own power to move a weight and manage the momentum.  Kettlebells are for all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. You will primarily practice the 7 Kettlebell sport movements: Swing, Clean, Push Press, Hard Press, Half Snatch, Snatch and Jerk.  This is a skill based practice that hones your technique with continued training.

This class is fast paced and high energy to give you the functional strength and inspiration to go to battle and be challenged whatever your level of fitness.

The suspension trainer was born out of marines need to train in the field. Using military training drills to provide a strengthening workout that challenges balance and stability, the suspension trainers role is to engage the core muscles of the body. You've got to trust yourself and the suspension trainer, pick your leverage and use gravity to move through drills determined to increase strength, endurance, and mobility. Interlaced with high intensity interval training drills, you won’t just look good, you will have the the mobility to match it

AERIAL YOGA GENTLE FLOW

Beginner-Intermediate 

This class is a low intensity flow. You will be guided through your practice at a gentle pace, to allow for a deeper understanding of the movements, poses and your body.
Taught as a sequential flow to music, this class incorporates levitating meditations, partial or full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction and finishing with floating Savasana.

AERIAL POWER FLOW

Intermediate-Advanced

Aerial Power Flow classes are recommended to students who have completed a minimum of 3 Aerial Flow classes.
Move and flow through sequencing designed to challenge your body, developing strength, stamina & flexibility. Be prepared to work hard and feel the benefits, building your confidence as you master intermediate to advanced Aerial Yoga techniques.
